bullet A 50% Deposit will be needed to hold the reservation.
bullet Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
bullet One time out-clean fees are $50 - $85
bullet All Rates subject to 11.41% State Tax.
bullet Rates and availability subject to change without notice.
bullet Cottages are non-smoking only.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

We accept personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard.

Notice of Cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to check-in to receive a deposit refund, less $50 processing fee. Cancellations received within 45 days of check-in forfeit the total reservation amount.

Rental Cars:

Rental Cars available through AVIS at a special rate of $146 per week.
